It’s good to hear from ya’ll
This week has been pretty good. A lot of our focus has still been with the members, so we have spent quite a bit of time doing service. I like it though, on saturday we actually hauled a lot of mulch too. It is going well though, i think the members are starting to like us a lot more. Jim is doing good, we are a little concerned with him though. It seems like he doesn’t quite understand the commitment level, but we aren’t sure cause he is a pretty hard guy to read. He accepts everything we teach, and really wants to be part of the Church, so I dunno, we have a pretty good lesson planned out for him tonight, so we’ll see how it goes. For some reason he reminds me a lot of Paul Gibby. We have still been focusing a lot on finding some families. This week we found two pretty cool families! They are both hispanic. It’s good cause i like to use the spanish and im use to teaching hispanic people, but at the same time its kinda tough. Mainly cause the ward just doesn’t have a lot of spanish speakers. So it’ll be interesting to see how it goes when they come to church.
This next week will be pretty crazy, we have a lot of stuff going on, a lot of meetings and a lot of service. On tuesday we have to drive to Winchester 40 miles one way, wednesday we have to drive to Columbia 90 miles one way, and on friday we have to drive to Frederick 60 miles one way. So that wil take u pa lot of time. This week is transfers, everything is staying the same for us, but we still have to go to the transfer meeting cause we are getting a new car:) so we’ll break it in real good this week.
Mom- It sounds like you got some good work in the yard done! where are you going for girls camp?
